選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
フレイルと判定され，①みのかも体操未経験，②要介護・要支援の認定を受けていない，③基本的日常生活動作（以下，基本的ADL）が自立している，④運動の実施に制限をもたらす循環器疾患，呼吸器疾患，神経疾患，整形外科疾患を有さない，65歳以上の高齢者．

The subjects were determined to be frail and aged 65 years or older who (1) had not experienced Minokamo exercise, (2) were not certified as requiring nursing care or support, (3) were independent in basic ADLs, and (4) did not have cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or orthopedic diseases that would limit their ability to perform physical exercise.
