本研究において開発したオンラインプログラムを実施し、プログラム前後における父親の育児に対する自己効力感、結果予期、育児家事行動、父親の親性の変化、および対照群との比較からプログラムの効果を検証する。

The researchers will conduct an online program developed for this study to demonstrate the effects of the program by evaluating fathers' self efficacy, their expectations around childcare, what they expect to achieve through participating in childcare, childcare and housework behaviors, parenting skills prior to and following completion of the program, and by comparing the results of the subject group with the control group.

父親の育児に対する自己効力感を向上させることで育児家事行動を促進させ、その結果として父親の親性の高まりを促すプログラムを開発した。本プログラムは、講義、育児方法や乳児との関わり方に関する4本の動画視聴、グループワークからなる講座である。介入群の参加者は、初回の講座と2週間後の2回目の講座に参加することが求められる。2回目の講座では、グループワークからなる講座である。

The program promotes fathers' participation in childcare and housework by improving their self-efficacy in childcare which leads to improved parenting. This program comprises lectures, viewing of 4 video programs about caregiving and how to engage with babies, and groupwork. Participants in the intervention group are required to participate in the first session and the second session, which is held 2 weeks after the first one. The second session consists of group work.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

オンラインプログラムの受講に必要な環境（インターネット回線の利用やパソコン・タブレットなどのデバイスの所有）が整っていない場合や、第2子以上の子どもがいる場合は研究対象者から除外する。

Those who are unable to participate in the online program (due to lack of internet connection and a device such as a personal computer or tablet), or who have other children, are eliminated from the research.
