慢性心不全患者が診断を受けて以降、病気と共に生活する上での負担をどのように認識し、どのような支援を求め、あるいはセルフケア行動を実践しているのか、病気に関する理解の向上を求める意識との関連を具体的な患者の経験を通して明らかにする。

To identify how patients with chronic heart failure patients perceive the burden of living with their illness since diagnosis, what support they seek or practise self-care behaviours, and how this relates to their attitudes towards improvements in their understanding of their illness, through patient experiences.

1) 先行研究「日本における心不全患者の病気の負担、認識、セルフケア及び治療の支援に
関する患者アンケート調査（UMIN000047055）」（量的研究段階）に参加した患者
2) 先行研究の終了時に本研究への参加を希望した患者

1) Patients who participated in the preceding study "Patient Survey on Burdens, Perceptions, Self-care and Treatment Support of Living with Heart Failure in Japan"
(UMIN000047055, quantitative research phase)
2) Patients who claimed his/her willingness to participate in this study at the end of the preceding study
