・日常生活に支障がなく、心血管系、呼吸系、整形外科系の疾患で治療中でない方
・男性、女性
・18から30歳　
・研究内容を理解し、自由意志による本人の文書同意を取得した者

Those who have no difficulty in daily life and are not under treatment for cardiovascular, respiratory, or orthopedic diseases

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・研究責任者と利害関係がある者（授業を受講している学生など）。
・運動が絶対禁忌の疾患の診断を受けている者　
・代謝系，脳神経系，または呼吸循環器系の疾患がある者で，医師から運動を禁止されている者
・足関節の底屈・背屈動作に支障のある整形外科的疾患がある者
・過去にアキレス腱断裂や足関節の靭帯断裂を経験している者
・その他、測定が困難な者

Persons who have a conflict of interest with the principal investigator
Persons who have been diagnosed with a disease for which exercise is contraindicated
Persons with metabolic, cranial nerve, or respiratory circulatory diseases for which exercise is prohibited by a physician
Those who have an orthopedic disease that interferes with plantar flexion or dorsiflexion of the ankle joint
Those who have ruptured Achilles tendon or ankle ligament in the past
Those who have difficulty taking measurements
