18 歳～34 歳、男女不問、自立して歩行が可能、本研究の参加に関して本人から同意が文書で得られる

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

医師から運動が禁止されている、不眠症などの睡眠障害があり現在治療中である、うつ病などの精神疾患があり現在治療中である

Exercise is prohibited by a physician, insomnia or other sleep disorders are currently being treated, or depression or other psychiatric disorders are currently being treated.
