目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
胃癌・食道癌根治術を受けた患者の復職状況を明らかにし、また復職の妨げとなっている因子を探索する。それにより就労を含めた術後サポートを要する患者の抽出に寄与する情報を得る。

英語
The aims of this study are 1:to investigate the return to work status of patients who have undergone radical gastric or esophageal cancer surgery and the factors that hinder their return to work, and 2: to obtain information that will contribute to the identification of patients who need postoperative support, including employment.

1)胃癌、食道癌ともにcStage I-IVAの遠隔転移を有さない症例
2) 根治切除を予定
3) 診断時に就労あり
4) 文書による同意が得られた

1)Clinical stage I-IVA gastric or esophageal cancer without distant metastasis
2)Planning curative surgery
3)Employed at the time of diagnosis
4)Obtained consent by the document

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)胃癌・食道癌の診断から手術前の入院までに他癌の治療を予定している患者
2)緊急手術症例
3)バイパス術、局所切除術、食道抜去術、二期再建または二期再建予定の食道切除、サルベージ手術
4)精神症状を有し、研究への参加が困難と判断される患者

1)Scheduled for treatment of other cancers from the diagnosis of gastric cancer or esophageal cancer to admission before surgery
2)Emergency surgery cases
3)Bypass, local resection, transhiatal esophagectomy, esophagectomy with two-stage reconstruction or planned two-stage reconstruction, salvage surgery
4)With psychiatric symptoms that make it difficult for them to participate in the study
