選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
(1)ホルモン受容体陽性のI～III期乳癌
(2)AI内服期間6ヶ月以上した方
(3)AI内服後に疼痛やこわばりが発症, 増悪した方
(4)過去1週間のBPI intensity (worst pain)3以上の疼痛やこわばり, 3ヶ月以上持続している方
(5)中等度の有酸素運動が90分／週未満で週2回の筋力トレーニングを行っていない方

(1) Hormone receptor-positive clinical stage I-III breast cancer
(2)Duration of AI treatment for more than 6 months
(3)Onset of Pain or Stiffness after AI treatment
(4) BPI intensity (worst pain)3 or more in the past week, pain or stiffness lasting more than 3 months
(5)Moderate aerobic exercise less than 90 min per week and no strength training twice a week.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)疼痛関連の特異的な症状 (神経障害性疼痛, リウマチ性疾患，整形外科の手術歴, 重度の変形性関節症， 炎症性疾患、線維筋痛症)を有する者
(2)AIMSS以外のがん治療に関連した疼痛で、直近1週間のBPI最悪疼痛強度が＞1であるもの
(3)がんの再発を有する者
(4)主治医より運動が制限されている者
(5)過去に疼痛教育による介入を受けたことがある者

英語
(1) Specific pain-related symptoms (neuropathic pain, rheumatic diseases, history of orthopedic surgery, severe osteoarthritis, inflammatory diseases, fibromyalgia)
(2) cancer treatment-related pain other than AIMSS with BPI worst pain intensity > 1 in the last week (e.g. post-operative pain, chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy)
(3) Recurrence of cancer
(4) Restricted from exercising by doctor.
(5) Having received form of PNE in the past.
