選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
東京医科歯科大学病院の外来患者、東京都東部療育園および秋津療育園に入所している重症心身障害児（者）でリハビリテーション治療を受けているもののうち、
１．継続した痙縮による不良肢位を持っているもの
２．痙縮により発熱、嘔吐、体重減少、抗痙攣剤を頓用で使用しているもの

Outpatients of Tokyo Medical and Dental University Hospital, children (persons) with severe mental and physical disabilities admitted to Tokyo Metropolitan Eastern Ryoikuen and Akitsu Ryoikuen who are receiving rehabilitation treatment
1. those who have a position that is continuously in a bad position due to spasticity.
2. those who have fever, vomiting, weight loss, or are using anticonvulsants on an ad-hoc basis due to spasticity.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下いずれかの条件に該当するものは対象としない。
１．打撲や骨折、蜂窩織炎などの急性期の疾患がある場合
２．研究責任者及び研究分担者（以下研究責任者等）が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

1. patients with acute illnesses such as contusions, fractures, cellulitis, etc.
2. Patients who are deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator and research assistants
