目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
認知症患者における咀嚼介入による認知機能への効果を明らかにするため、日本認知症学会専門医によって診断されたレビー小体型認知症(LBD)患者とアルツハイマー病(AD)患者を対象に、咀嚼機能と認知機能との関連を分析することを目的とする。

In order to clarify the effect of masticatory intervention on cognitive function in dementia patients, the aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between masticatory function and cognitive function in patients with dementia with Lewy body disease (LBD) and Alzheimer's disease (AD) diagnosed by a specialist of the Japan Dementia Society.

・特定医師による認知症の診断を受けている患者
・LBDと診断されている患者
・ADと診断されている患者
・MMSEスコアが21-26

･Patients who have been diagnosed with dementia by a specific physician
･Patients with a diagnosis of LBD
･Patients with a diagnosis of AD
･MMSE score: 21-26

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・認知症以外の患者
・LBD,AD以外を診断されている認知症患者
・MMSEスコアが21以下
・咀嚼機能が著しく低い患者

･Non-dementia patients
･Dementia patients with a diagnosis other than LBD or AD
･MMSE score: under 21
･Patients with extremely low masticatory function
