1) 試験参加の同意取得時点での年齢が40歳以上の男女
2) 既にMYCODE研究への参加に対して文書による同意が得られている者
3) すでにMYCODEの検査結果が得られている者
4) 本試験の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、本試験参加に同意できる者

1) Men and women who are 40 years old or older at the time of obtaining consent to participate in the exam
2) Subjects who have been already obtained written consent to participate in the MYCODE research
3) Subjects who have been already obtained the MYCODE research results
4) Subjects who have a briefing of the content of the present study, fully understanding and agreeing to its objective and are able to provide a written informed consent
