主な結果/Results

pp-LBPPを有する女性では絶対的TMMは高かったものの、TMM-Iは群間で有意差を示さなかった。多変量ロジスティック回帰分析では、産後LBPPの4つの独立した予測因子が同定された：母体高齢、初産、 帝王切開分娩、妊娠前の運動習慣の有無であった。TMM-Iは産後LBPPと独立した関連性を示さなかった。

Although the absolute TMM was higher in women with pp-LBPP, the TMM-I did not differ significantly between groups . In the multivariate logistic regression analysis, four independent predictors of pp-LBPP were identified: older maternal age, primiparity, cesarean section, and absence of pre-pregnancy athletic activity. TMM-I was not independently associated with pp-LBPP.

妊娠35週時点で自覚的なLBPPを訴える妊婦を対象に研究参加を依頼した。選択基準は、年齢20歳以上、単胎妊娠、登録時点でのLBPPありとした。除外基準は、脊椎疾患の既往歴、他施設での分娩、臨床データの不備、産後フォローアップのドロップアウトとした。

Pregnant women with self-reported LBPP at 35 weeks gestation were invited to participate. Inclusion criteria included age 20 years or older, and singleton pregnancy, and the presence of LBPP at enrollment. Exclusion criteria were a history of spinal disease, delivery at other facilities, incomplete clinical data, or absence from postpartum follow-up visits.

スクリーニング対象の女性690名のうち、209名が選択基準を満たし追跡調査を完了した。このうち101名（48%）が産後4ヶ月時点で持続性産後骨盤痛（pp-LBPP）を報告した。

Among 690 screened women, 209 met inclusion criteria and completed follow-up. Of these, 101 women (48%) reported pp-LBPP at four months postpartum.

評価項目/Outcome measures

母体年齢、分娩回数、妊娠前のBMI、妊娠中の体重増加量、分娩方法、母乳育児の有無、妊娠前のLBPP（低体重児分娩）歴、運動歴（20歳以降のスポーツ参加）、および妊娠前の習慣的な運動（週2回以上30分以上の身体活動と定義）が含まれた。
