研究・調査項目
＜調査項目＞
研究対象者について、下記の臨床情報を診療録より取得する。
背景因子：年齢、性別、アナフィラキシーの既往歴(誘因と回数)、合併症、事前のアドレナリン自己注射製剤の処方の有無
アナフィラキシーの経過：発症日、発症場所、原因抗原、誘発症状(経過中の全ての症状、受診時の症状)、増悪因子、7日以内の転機
治療内容：アドレナリン自己注射製剤の有無、医療機関での治療内容、入院の有無、集中治療管理の有無、診察した診療科、フォローアップする診療科

＜方法＞
臨床情報は郵送または web 上のアンケートフォームにより収集する。収集されたデータは国立病院機構相模原病院の研究事務局で集計し、結果を本研究のウェブサイトに公開する。

Research and Survey Items
<Research Items>
The following clinical information on the research subjects will be obtained from their medical records.
Background factors: age, gender, history of anaphylaxis (triggers and frequency), complications, and prior prescription of adrenaline self-injection products.
Course of anaphylaxis: date of onset, place of onset, causative antigen, symptoms (all symptoms during the course of the disease, symptoms at the time of the visit), co-factors that amplify anaphylaxis, and turnaround time within 7 days.
Details of treatment: adrenaline autoinjector use, details of treatment at medical institution, presence of hospitalization, presence of intensive care management, department examined, department to follow up

<Method>
Clinical information will be collected by mail or via a web-based questionnaire form. The collected data will be tabulated by the research office of the National Hospital Organization Sagamihara National Hospital, and the results will be published on the website of this study.
