主な結果/Results

日本語
対象者は19名（男性7名、女性12名、平均年齢42.6±7.5歳）であり、介入前後で皮膚温（32.05℃ vs 39.40℃）、静脈断面積（11.4 vs 14.8）、血中NO濃度（12.45 vs 11.18）に有意差が認められた。これらは、血中NOが血管平滑筋細胞に作用することが促進され、その結果として血中NOが消費されたためと考えられる。

Among the 19 participants (7 men and 12 women; mean age: 42.6 years), significant differences were observed in skin temperature (32.05 versus 39.40), vein cross-sectional area (11.4 mm versus 14.8 mm2), and blood NO concentration (12.45 and 11.18) pre- and post-intervention, possibly because the action of blood NO on vascular smooth muscle cells was promoted, leading to blood NO consumption.

募集期間中、適格基準を満たす参加希望者から19名の応募があった。強制と受け取られる可能性を考慮し、対象者を1名追加するための個別の勧誘は行わなかった。また、参加者数は算出された必要サンプルサイズに非常に近かったことから、本研究は実施可能であると判断した。

本研究では採血を伴うため、出血リスクを最小限に抑える目的で、抗凝固薬または抗血小板薬による治療を受けている者、ならびに過去に採血時の疼痛により血管迷走神経反射を起こした既往のある者を除外した。さらに、血管拡張に影響を及ぼす血管系疾患、腎疾患、糖尿病を有する者、および降圧薬を使用している者も除外した

During the recruitment period, 19 applications were received from eligible participants. No individual call was made to recruit one more participant because of the possibility of coercion. Moreover, the number of participants was very close to the calculated sample size, so the authors considered this study feasible. This study involved blood sampling; therefore, to minimize the risk of bleeding, individuals receiving therapy with anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs were excluded, as well as those who had experienced a vasovagal reflex caused by pain during blood collection in the past. Those with vascular-related diseases affecting vasodilation, kidney disease, and diabetes and those using antihypertensive medications were also excluded
