２日間の宿泊を伴う安芸太田町の森林滞在。１日目は森林で自由行動、模擬的就労を行い、２日目はヨガ、ストレッチ、ハンモック体験などを行ったあとにリモートワークを行う。

A two-day stay in the forests of Aki Ota Town with overnight accommodations; the first day is free time in the forests and simulated work; the second day includes yoga, stretching, hammock experience, etc., followed by remote work.

主な結果/Results

日本語
森林セラピー後に血圧が低下したが，模擬就労後には上昇した．また，2日間を通して，森林セラピー開始後徐々に交感神経（LF/HF）が低下し，2日目も持続的に低下した．心理的変化としては，1日目の森林セラピー後にPOMS2 短縮版のネガティブ感情が低下し，活気-活力は上昇した。2日目も同様な効果を認めたが，プログラム終了６週間後には元に戻った．以上の結果から，1泊2日の森林環境下におけるリモートワークによって，生理的・心理的な好影響が得られたが，その効果は短期的であることが示唆された．

Blood pressure decreased after forest therapy, but increased after simulated employment. Sympathetic nerve activity decreased throughout the two days. Negative emotions on the POMS2 short version decreased and vitality-energy increased throughout the two days, but returned to normal six weeks after the end of the program. These results suggest that remote work in a forest environment for two days and one night had positive physiological and psychological effects, but these effects were short-lived.

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics

参加者は企業やクリニックに勤務する15名（企業の人事・福利厚生担当者，産業医，保健師等）で（男性7名，女性8名），平均年齢は52歳であった．

The participants were 15 people (7 men and 8 women) working in companies and clinics, including personnel and benefits managers, industrial physicians, and public health nurses, and their average age was 52 years old.

2022年10月に，広島県安芸太田町の森林セラピー基地にて1泊2日のリモートワークプログラムを実施した．滞在中に森林セラピー，焚火・薪割り体験，模擬労働などを行った。

In October 2022, a two day and one night remote work program was conducted at a forest therapy base in Aki-Ota Town, Hiroshima Prefecture. During the stay, the participants experienced forest therapy, bonfire and wood-chopping, and simulated labor.
