選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
PHQ-9またはGAD-7で、どちらかが軽度以上（5点以上）の症状を示した人。

Persons who showed symptoms of either PHQ-9 or GAD-7 with a mild or higher score (5 or more).
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・ASD、ADHD、知的障害、強迫性障害、双極性障害、PTSD、統合失調症、アルコール・薬物依存症、摂食障害、パーソナリティ障害の診断を受けている者
・過去に8週間以上のマインドフルネスのプログラムに参加したことがある者、長期（半年以上）にわたる座禅、瞑想などの継続的実践をしている者、本研究で介入を実施する会社のサービスに登録したことがある者
・医療機関にかかっている者は、主治医の許可が得られていない者

-Persons with a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, intellectual disability, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, alcohol dependence, drug dependence, eating disorders, or personality disorders.
-Persons who have participated in mindfulness programs of 8 weeks or more in the past, persons who have been continuously doing practices like zazen and meditation over a long period of time (6 months or more), or persons who have registered for the services of the company implementing the intervention in this study.
-Persons who are under medical care and have not obtained permission from their doctor.
