目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	治療のためのギブス固定は、早期から二次的な運動能力の低下を引き起こすことが示唆されている。特に、下肢の不活動は、姿勢の安定性を低下させ、将来的に転倒の発生を増加させる可能性が指摘されている。しかし、姿勢動揺とその関連因子との関係はよく分かっていない。本研究では、短時間の関節固定後の立位姿勢動揺と足底部感度の関係について検討した。	Several studies have suggested that inactivity for around 10 h can lead to decrease motor performance. In particular, it has been noted that the effects of lower limb inactivity may lead to decreased postural stability, and increased incidence of falls in the future. However, relationship between postural sway and related factors are not well understood. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between upright standing postural sway and foot sole sensitivity after short team of physical inactivity.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	固定前と固定10時間後、足圧中心と二点識別覚検査を実施する。	Center of pressure and two-point discrimination test before and 10 h after immobilization.

主な結果/Results	ギプス装着前と比較して、ギプス除去後は全軌跡長、前後軌跡長、平均速度、RMS面積が増加し、母趾感度が低下したが、因子間には有意な関連性は認められなかった。	Compared to before cast application, total and A-P trajectory length, mean velocity, RMS area increased and big toe sensitivity decreased after cast removal compared to before cast application, while there was no significant association between the factors.
