目的1/Narrative objectives1

【主要目的】
本研究では「片頭痛の発症に対する気象の影響を明らかにすること」を目的とし,リサーチ・クエスチョンとしては「気圧の変化が大きな時期では他の季節と比較して片頭痛の発生が増えるのではないか」と定める。
【副次目的】
・天候変化による地域ごとの片頭痛発症の差異について検討する。
・季節間の片頭痛治療薬（トリプタン）処方量を分析し,地域性を含めて記述研究を行う。

[Primary objective]
The objective of this research study is to "clarify the effect of weather conditions on the onset of migraines" and "whether or not the onset of migraines may increase in a period when the atmospheric pressure changes greatly compared to other seasons" was set as a research question.
[Secondary objective]
- Another objective of this study is to investigate the differences in onset of migraines by region affected by weather changes.
- An analysis of the amount of anti-migraine drugs (triptans) prescribed between seasons will also be performed and a descriptive research study including regionality will be conducted.

・組入れ期間において,一度でも以下のICD-10 コードに基づく頭痛の診断がある患者
ICD10; G43, G440※,G441※, G442※,G443※,G444※,G448※
※片頭痛G43以外の頭痛についても含めて抽出を行う

- Patients who have been diagnosed with headache based on the following International Classification of Diseases (ICD)-10 codes at least once during the enrollment period
ICD10; G43, G440*, G441*, G442*, G443*, G444*, G448*
* Headaches other than migraine G43 will also be extracted.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・ 18歳未満の患者
・ トリプタン製剤が年間合計120錠処方されている患者
・ エルゴタミン製剤が年間合計120錠処方されている患者
・ 二次性頭痛の原因になりうる併存症がある患者

Patients with comorbidities that may cause secondary headaches
