評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	初回のレジスタンストレーニング 時および8週間のレジスタンストレーニング後の尿中タイチンN末端フラグメントを測定する。	We measure that urinary titin N-terminal fragment at first time on resistance training and after resistance training for 8 weeks.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	8週間のトレーニング前後における膝伸展の等尺性最大随意筋収縮を測定する。	Measurements of isometric maximum voluntary contraction of knee extension before and after 8 weeks of training.

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics	運動習慣のない健康な男性7人がこの研究に参加した。	Seven healthy men without exercise habits participated in this study.
参加者の流れ/Participant flow	2020年3月から2021年3月に岩手医科大学で募集した参加者7名に対し説明が行われ、7名が参加した。8週間のレジスタンストレーニングを行い、トレーニング前後の尿中タイチン濃度を測定し、分析を行った。	Explanations were given to seven participants recruited at Iwate Medical University between March 2020 and March 2021, and seven took part; eight weeks of resistance training was carried out and urinary titin levels were measured and analysed before and after the training.

その他関連情報/Other related information	運動をしない健康な男性に8週間の下肢のレジスタンストレーニングを実施した。尿中タイチン濃度は運動開始日と終了日に測定された。レジスタンストレーニング前の安静時、レジスタンストレーニング後2、8、24、72時間後に尿を採取し尿中タイチン濃度の変動を評価した。	Eight weeks of resistance training of the lower limbs were performed on healthy, non-exercising men. Urinary titin concentrations were measured on the start and end dates of exercise. Urine samples were collected at rest before resistance training and 2, 8, 24 and 72 hours after resistance training to assess changes in urinary titin concentrations.
