2020年3月から2021年3月に岩手医科大学で募集した参加者7名に対し説明が行われ、7名が参加した。8週間のレジスタンストレーニングを行い、トレーニング前後の尿中タイチン濃度を測定し、分析を行った。

Explanations were given to seven participants recruited at Iwate Medical University between March 2020 and March 2021, and seven took part; eight weeks of resistance training was carried out and urinary titin levels were measured and analysed before and after the training.

運動をしない健康な男性に8週間の下肢のレジスタンストレーニングを実施した。尿中タイチン濃度は運動開始日と終了日に測定された。レジスタンストレーニング前の安静時、レジスタンストレーニング後2、8、24、72時間後に尿を採取し尿中タイチン濃度の変動を評価した。

Eight weeks of resistance training of the lower limbs were performed on healthy, non-exercising men. Urinary titin concentrations were measured on the start and end dates of exercise. Urine samples were collected at rest before resistance training and 2, 8, 24 and 72 hours after resistance training to assess changes in urinary titin concentrations.
