日本語
不安症および関連症群面接マニュアル（ADIS-5）および精神疾患簡易構造化面接法（M.I.N.I.）の全般不安症基準に該当し，PSWQ日本語版の得点が56点以上，かつSDISS日本語版の得点が7点以上を示した人。

Persons who meet generalized anxiety disorder criteria on both Anxiety and Related Disorders Interview Schedule for DSM-5 (ADIS-5) and Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I.), and showed symptoms of both PSWQ (56 points or more) and SDISS (7 points or more).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・日本語の読み書きに問題がある人
・心臓病，糖尿病の既往歴がある人
・日常的に喫煙習慣がある人

-Those who have problems in reading and writing Japanese.
-Patients with a history of heart disease or diabetes mellitus
-Smoking habit on a daily basis.
