舌苔除去器具の選択方法や擦過圧力、擦過回数と潜血反応の関連について検討し、安全に舌粘膜に対する口腔ケアを行うための標準的ケア指針を作成することを目的とする。

主な結果/Results

日本語
歯肉炎所見を認めない健康若年者であっても、うがいを行うだけで潜血反応が確認されたため、舌清掃前後の舌背部の微小出血を評価することは困難であった。舌上唾液を水で容器に流し入れ試料採取する方法については、舌清掃後に潜血反応が確認できたため、舌粘膜の微小出血の評価が可能であると考えられた。

It was difficult to evaluate microbleeding on the back of the tongue before and after tongue cleaning because the occult blood reaction was confirmed only by gargling, even in healthy young subjects without gingivitis findings. As for the method of collecting samples by pouring saliva on the tongue into a container with water, it was considered possible to evaluate microbleeding on the tongue mucosa because the occult blood reaction was confirmed after tongue cleaning.
