主な結果/Results
日本語
追跡が可能であった21名の高齢者のうち、6名で疼痛が発生した。直線および曲線歩行の内旋・外旋角度、回旋可動範囲はすべて疼痛と有意な関係性を示さなかった。一方、直線歩行の膝外反角度に有意な関係性が認められた（オッズ比0.68）。膝回旋運動が疼痛発生に関与する可能性を示唆する結果は得られなかった

Neither the internal/external rotation angles nor the rotational range of motion during straight or curved walking showed a significant association with the development of knee pain. In contrast, the knee valgus angle during straight walking was significantly associated with pain onset (odds ratio = 0.68).This study did not find evidence suggesting that knee rotational motion during gait is involved in the development of knee pain.
