選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	糖尿病または非糖尿病の慢性腎臓病患者 -15 < eGFR < 59 mL/min/1.73 m2 (尿蛋白の有無を問わず） -尿蛋白を伴う60 < eGFR mL/min/1.73 m2	CKD patients with or without diabetes -15 < eGFR < 59 mL/min/1.73 m2 with or without proteinuria -60 < eGFR mL/min/1.73 m2 with proteinuria
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1. 腎代替療法の既往 2. 透析施行中 3. 1型糖尿病 4．悪性腫瘍	1. History of renal replacement 2. Current dialysis 3. Type 1 diabetic mellitus 4. Active malignancy
