(a) 腎結石と診断され、ECIRSを予定している患者
(b) 同意取得日の年齢が年齢20以上80歳未満
(c) ECOGのPerformance Status（PS）が１以下
(d) 本人から文書の同意が得られた患者

(a) Patients diagnosed with kidney stones and scheduled for ECIRS
(b) Age 20 or over and under 80 on the date of obtaining consent
(c) ECOG Performance Status (PS) is 1 or less
(d) Patients with written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(a) コントロール不良な糖尿病患者
(b) 凝固能異常を認める患者または抗凝固薬を中止できない患者
(c) 妊娠中あるいは妊娠の可能性がある女性
(d) BMI≧35の患者
(e) 尿管狭窄を認める患者または尿路変更後の患者
(f) 術前に腎瘻が造設されている患者
(g) 修正Valdivia位または腹臥位が取れない患者
(h) 全身麻酔をかけれない患者試験
(i) 責任（分担）医師が不適当と判断した患者

(a) Patients with poorly controlled diabetes
(b) Patients with abnormal coagulation or who cannot stop anticoagulants
(c) women who are pregnant or may become pregnant;
(d) Patients with BMI more than 35
(e) Patients with ureteral stricture or post-urinary diversion
(f) Patients with preoperative nephrostomy
(g) Patients unable to take modified Valdivia position or prone position
(h) Patient study without general anesthesia
(i) Patients judged inappropriate by the responsible (sub-investigating) physician
