2.米国麻酔学会術前状態分類(以下ASA-PS分類)がⅠまたはⅡの患者
3.本人または代諾者による同意書への署名により同意が取得できた者

2.American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1 or 2
3.Persons whose consent has been obtained by signing a consent form by the patient or a surrogate

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

3.悪性高熱症の既往または疑いがある患者
4.ASA-PS分類Ⅲ以上の患者
