本縦断研究では、がん薬物療法を受けている進行消化器がん高齢者を対象に、１）症状クラスター、コーピングを特定し、２）QOLに影響を与える因子を検討する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.胃、結腸・直腸、肝臓、胆道（胆のう・胆管）、膵臓がんのいずれかのがんを診断された者
2.新たなレジメン（治療計画）の治療開始後３カ月未満の者
3.同意取得時の年齢が70歳以上の者
4.がん薬物療法を受けている者
5.本研究の参加に関して同意が文書で得られる者

英語
1.who have been diagnosed with gastrointestinal cancer of stomach, colon/rectum, liver, biliary tract (gallbladder/bile duct), or pancreatic cancer
2.Less than 3 months after starting treatment with new regimen (treatment plan)
3.who are 70 years old or older
4.receiving chemotherapy
5.who can indicate his/her intention to participate in the study in writing

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.食道がん、もしくは消化管間質腫瘍（GIST）の診断を受けた者
2.日本語の読み書きができない者
3.新たなレジメン開始後３カ月以上経過している者

英語
1.who have been diagnosed with esophageal cancer or gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST)
2.Who cannot read or write Japanese
3.3 months or more have passed since the start of new regimen. (treatment plan)
