目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	低栄養に起因する転倒や精神的・社会的活動度の低下の原因の一つであるオーラルフレイルの実態を調査することで、要介護へのリスクを軽減する対策方法を検討し、健康寿命を延伸すること。	To extend healthy life expectancy by investigating the actual situation of oral frailty, which is one of the causes of falls and decreased mental and social activity level due to low nutrition, and to study countermeasure methods to reduce the risk to nursing care needs.

目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others	65 歳以上の当医療センター外来通院患者を対象に口腔機能低下症およびフレイルとサルコペニアの頻度と予測因子を調査し、さらに、口腔機能低下症の予後と予後悪化因子を検討することを目的とする。	The purpose of this study is to investigate the frequency and predictors of oral hypofunction and frailty and sarcopenia in outpatients aged 65 years and older at our medical center, and to further investigate the prognosis of oral hypofunction and factors that worsen prognosis.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	口腔機能低下症とフレイル・サルコペニアの有無による登録開始から1年後と2年後における全死亡、治療のための入院のそれぞれの発生率	Incidence of all-cause mortality and hospitalization for treatment at 1 and 2 years after the start of enrollment, respectively, according to the presence of oral hypofunction and frailty/sarcopenia
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	口腔機能低下症とフレイル・サルコペニアの有無による大出血、臨床的に意義のある非大出血、心血管死、心不全による入院、非致死性心筋梗塞、 冠動脈血行再建、末梢血管障害、頭蓋内出血、脳梗塞、一過性脳虚血発作、新規の癌発症、 転倒回数、骨折、消化管出血、肺炎による入院、認知症薬の増量の発生率	Incidence of major bleeding, clinically significant non-major bleeding, cardiovascular death, hospitalization for heart failure, nonfatal myocardial infarction, coronary revascularization, peripheral vascular disease, intracranial bleeding, stroke, transient ischemic attack, new onset of cancer, number of falls, fractures, gastrointestinal bleeding, hospitalization for pneumonia, increased dose of dementia medication, depending on presence of oral hypofunction and frailty/sarcopenia

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1 順天堂大学医学部附属順天堂東京江東高齢者医療センターに外来定期通院 2 65歳以上 3 自立歩行 (杖歩行含む) 4 研究参加の同意得られた患者	1 Regular outpatient at Juntendo Tokyo Koto Medical Center for the Elderly, Juntendo University School of Medicine 2 Age 65 or older 3 Independent walking (including walking with a cane) 4 Patients with consent to participate in the study
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1 自立歩行不可または問診・質問票聴取不可の患者 2 重篤な脳血管疾患、心疾患、呼吸器疾患、肝疾患、腎疾患、消化器疾患、内分泌代謝疾患患者 3 悪性疾患などにより余命が1年以内と判断された患者 4 主治医が不適格と判断した患者	1 Patients who are unable to walk independently or who are unable to take a medical history/questionnaire 2 Patients with serious cerebrovascular, cardiac, respiratory, hepatic, renal, gastrointestinal, or endocrine-metabolic diseases 3 Patients whose life expectancy is judged to be within 1 year due to malignant diseases 4 Patients deemed ineligible by the attending physician
