研究・調査項目
＜調査項目＞
研究対象者について、下記の臨床情報を診療録より取得する。
背景因子：性別、生年月日、栄養方法、家族歴、アトピー性皮膚炎の有無・重症度、気管支喘息の有無等
血液検査：血算、総IgE、アレルゲン特異的IgE、アレルゲンコンポーネント特異的IgE、TARC　　　　　　　　　
：生後6±2か月、12±2か月、18±2か月
即時型食物アレルギーの有無
：生後6±2か月、12±2か月、18±2か月
＜特異的IgE抗体価の測定方法＞
本研究のための血液検体を2ml採取する。
・粗抗原の特異的IgE抗体価測定
血清を理化学研究所に送付し、Drop Screen A-1（日本ケミファ（株））を用いて41項目のアレルゲンについて測定する。主な測定項目はランパク、ミルク、小麦、ヤケヒョウヒダニ、スギなど。
・アレルゲンコンポーネントの特異的IgE抗体価測定
ImmunoCAP ISAC（サーモフィッシャーダイアグノスティックス社）にて112項目のアレルゲンコンポーネントについて測定する。測定項目は卵白（Gal d 1, 2, 3, 4, 5）、小麦（Tri a 14, Tri a 19）、大豆（Gly m 4, 5, 6）、ピーナッツ（Ara h 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 9）など。
＜評価方法＞
集積したデータにより、1歳時点でのプロファイルを用いて症例のクラスター分類を行う。

Research and Survey Items
<Research Items>
The following clinical information on the research subjects will be obtained from their medical records.
Background factors: gender, date of birth, nutritional methods, family history, presence/severity of atopic dermatitis, presence/absence of bronchial asthma, etc.
Blood tests: blood count, total IgE, allergen-specific IgE, allergen component-specific IgE, TARC
Blood test: 4-8 months, 10-14 months, 16-20 months of age IgE-mediated food allergy
Allergy: 4-8 months, 10-14 months, 16-20 months of age
<Specific IgE antibody titer measurement method Collect 2ml of blood sample for this study.
Specific IgE antibody titer measurement of crude antigen
Serum samples will be sent to RIKEN, and 41 allergens will be measured using Drop Screen A-1 (Nippon Chemiphar Co., Ltd.). The main allergens measured are raspberry, milk, wheat, mite, cedar, etc.
Specific IgE antibody titer measurement of allergen components
ImmunoCAP ISAC (Thermo Fisher Diagnostics) is used to measure 112 allergen components. The test items include egg white (Gal d 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), wheat (Tri a 14, Tri a 19), soybean (Gly m 4, 5, 6), peanut (Ara h 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 9), etc.
<Evaluation Methods>
The collected data will be used to cluster the cases using the profile at 1 year of age.
