主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	自覚症状、QOL 血液検査（腎機能関連　血清クレアチニン値、eGFR値）、 尿検査（蓄尿、できなければ随時尿で尿蛋白、尿Alb、尿クレアチニン値） 便検査（腸内細菌叢および短鎖脂肪酸）	subjective findings, QOL renal function urinalysis stool examination
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	IL-6 、TNF-α、インドキシル硫酸、p-クレシル硫酸、腸内フローラの変化による炎症関連項目の評価。 CKD関連アウトカム（血清Na/K/Cl, Ca/P/PTH intact, FGF-23, UA, Hb）、便通評価	Cytokine levels uremic toxin levels gut microbiota population electrolytes defecation comdition

年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1)CKD ステージ3以下（eGFR 59ml/min/1.73m2以下、透析患者は含まない）。 2)これまでにタンパク制限を行っていない。 3)本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者。	1) CKD patient at stage 3 over 2) never experienced diet therapy 3) have given us an infoemed consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1)解析のために必要な量の検体が採取困難な場合。 2)認知機能や身体機能の低下により、食事療法の実施が困難な場合。 3)炎症性腸疾患を有する場合。	1) cannot be got a sufficient materials 2) cannot understand the significance of diet therapy 3) have an inflammatory bowel disease
