目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	McGRATHを用いた気管挿管時に、遠位部をブレードの形状に合わせ60度の角度で屈曲させ近位部を45度の角度で前方に屈曲させたスタイレットと、遠位部をブレードの形状に合わせ60度の角度で屈曲させ近位部を45度の角度で右側に屈曲させたスタイレットを使用した際の気管挿管困難度を比較検討する。	The aim of this study is to investigate that using the stylet with the proximal bended 45 degrees forward facilitates intubation compared to using the stylet with the proximal bended 45 degrees to the right under using a McGRATH videolaryngoscope.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	気管挿管による全身麻酔を受ける患者	Patients undergoing general anesthesia by tracheal intubation
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	換気困難または挿管困難が予測される患者 重篤な脳血管疾患、虚血性心疾患、呼吸不全を有する患者 分離肺換気症例 ファイバー挿管 経鼻挿管 気管切開患者	Ptients with anticipated ventilator or intubation difficulties Patients with serious cerebrovascular disease, ischemic heart disease, or respiratory failure Isolated pulmonary ventilation case Awake intubation by bronchoscope Naso-tracheal intubation Tracheostomy patient
