インターネット認知行動療法
介入群の参加者はインターネット認知行動療法プログラムで、1回15分程度の内容を計7回受講する。先行して40名にパイロットとして介入を行う。

Internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy
Participants in the intervention group will learn weekly 7 internet sessions (requires 15 minutes per session). As a pilot study, the intervention will be conducted for 40 participants prior to the randomized controlled trial.

1.同意取得時点でパートナーが妊娠中（妊娠16週以降）
2.同意取得時点で18歳以上男性
3.インターネットにアクセスが可能な環境がある
4.研究内容が日本語で理解可能

1.Partner is pregnant at 16 weeks of gestational age or later at the time of informed consent.
2.Males aged 18 years or older at the time of informed consent.
3.Has internet access.
4.Able to understand Japanese.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.同意取得時点でパートナーと同居していない
2.今回のパートナーの妊娠中に医師よりうつ病の診断を受けている
3.現在精神科に通院中である

1.Not living with his partner at the time of informed consent.
2.Being diagnosed of depression during his partner's current pregnancy.
3.Currently consulting psychiatrist.
