2019年1月から2019年12月までの期間に、秋田大学医学部附属病院糖尿病・内分泌内科外来を受診し、In body（生体インピーダンス法による体組成計）での検査を受けた65歳以上の2型糖尿病患者を対象（横断研究）

本研究は横断研究として遂行される。
(1)65歳以上の高齢2型糖尿病患者を対象とし、骨格筋量指数とHbA1cならびにeGFRとの相関を解析する。
(2)CKDステージに応じたサルコペニア発症のオッズ比を解析する。
(3)骨格筋量指数、握力、歩行速度とBMI、総蛋白、血清アルブミン、肝機能、脂質、尿中アルブミンとの相関を解析する。

This study is performed as a cross sectional study.
(1)We analyze the correlations between skeletal muscle mass index (SMI), HbA1c and eGFR in type 2 diabetic patients aged 65 years and older.
(2)We analyze odds ratios for the incidence of sarcopenia according to CKD stages.
(3)We analyze the correlations between SMI, grip strength, gait speed, BMI, total protein, serum albumin, liver function, serum lipids, and urinary albumin.
