①診療のために腹部CT検査を要する患者
②同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の患者
③本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

(1) Patients who require an abdominal CT scan for medical treatment
(2) Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of consent
(3) Patients who have been fully informed about their participation in this study, and who have given written consent of their own free will based on their full understanding of the study.

本研究は、サルコペニア及びサルコペニア肥満の新規予後予測因子の探索が目的である。当院内分泌・代謝・糖尿病内科に外来通院もしくは入院した患者を対象に前向き観察研究を行い、サルコペニア及びサルコペニア肥満の予後因子に関して検討する。本研究は、内分泌代謝学分野における新たな知見を得ることを目的とする学術研究活動として実施されるものである。

The purpose of this study is to explore new prognostic factors for sarcopenia and sarcopenia-obesity. A prospective observational study will be conducted on patients who attended the hospital as outpatients or were hospitalized to investigate prognostic factors for sarcopenia and sarcopenia-obesity. This study will be conducted as an academic research activity to gain new knowledge in the field of endocrinology and metabolism.
