・日本肥満学会の診断基準により診断された肥満症のため、外来通院中の患者
・18歳以上
・スマートフォンを利用可能

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・重篤な身体疾患、精神疾患がある方

主な結果/Results
日本語
1. 組み入れた肥満症の方20名全員が4週間の研究を完了した。
2. アプリ使用率の中央値は98.3% (範囲76.9-100%)であった。
3. BMI (開始時中央値34.9 kg/m2、範囲27.4-52.9；終了時中央値34.1 kg/m2、範囲26.7-51.0；P=.01)などに有意な改善が認められた。
4. 先行する抑うつ気分レベルが高いほど行動数が少ないとの有意な関連性が示された。

All 20 recruited individuals with obesity completed the study. The median app use rate was 98.3%. A significant improvement was observed in BMI (median at start 34.9 kg/m2; median at end 34.1 kg/m2). A significant association between higher preceding depressive mood levels and fewer behaviors was shown.
