本研究の目的は，思春期女性が自身の月経に対しての心理・社会的な問題についてデータ収集を行なっている質的研究に焦点を当て，複数の国における文献のレビューを行い，思春期の女性の初経・月経に関する体験と直面している課題を明らかにすることである。

The purpose of this study was to focus on qualitative studies that collect data on adolescent women's psycho-social problems with their own menstruation, and to review the literature in several countries to identify adolescent women's experiences with and challenges they face in relation to menarche and menstruation.

思春期女性を対象とし，月経に関する問題についてデータ収集を行なっている質的研究で，国際ジャーナル，もしくは日本国内の雑誌にて出版している論文を検索した。海外文献は，医学文献データベースPubMedを用い，「adolescent*」，「menstrua*」，「dysmenorrhea*」，「attitude*」，「self-care」，「（NOT）intervention」の用語で検索した。日本語の文献は医学中央雑誌WEB版（医中誌）を用い，「思春期」「月経」「インタビュー or 面接」の用語で検索した。出版年は，社会の変化を鑑み2000年以降のものに限定した。

We searched for qualitative studies collecting data on menstrual problems among adolescent females that were published in international or Japanese journals. Overseas literature was searched using the medical literature database PubMed, using the terms "adolescent*," "menstrua*," "dysmenorrhea*," "attitude*," "self-care," and "(NOT)intervention. Japanese-language literature was searched using the Web version of the Central Journal of Medical Science (Igaku Chuo Zasshi), using the terms "puberty," "menstruation," and "interview or interview. Publication years were limited to those after 2000 in consideration of social changes.
