日本語
PMSセルフマネジメント支援アプリ「MOON」を少なくとも月経2周期（約2～3か月間）利用する。アプリでは、月経周期およびPMS症状を記録・可視化し、PMSに関する情報およびセルフケアに関する情報を提供する。

Participants will use the PMS self-management support application 'MOON' for at least two menstrual cycles (approximately 2-3 months). The application enables participants to record and visualize their menstrual cycles and PMS symptoms and provides information on PMS and self-care strategies.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

１．出産経験のない女性
２．月経前に心や体の症状があり、月経が始まると症状が軽くなる、またはなくなる方
３．月経前の症状が日常生活に多少なりとも影響している方
４．スマートフォン（iOSまたはAndroid）でアプリ「MOON」を利用できる方
５．日本語でアプリを利用し、アンケートに回答できる方
６．研究内容を理解し、研究参加に同意いただける方

英語
1.Women who have never given birth.
2.Women who experience psychological and/or physical symptoms before menstruation that improve or disappear after the onset of menstruation.
3.Women whose premenstrual symptoms have at least some impact on their daily lives.
4.Women who are able to use the 'MOON' application on a smartphone (iOS or Android).
5.Women who are able to use the application and complete the questionnaires in Japanese.
6.Women who understand the study and provide informed consent to participate.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１．妊娠中、授乳中、または研究期間中に妊娠を予定している方
２．月経がない、または月経周期が著しく不規則で、研究期間中に月経2周期以上のアプリ利用が難しい方
３．現在、PMSまたはPMDDについて医療機関で治療を受けている方
４．その他、健康状態等から研究への参加が適切でないと研究責任者が判断した方

1.Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period.
2.Women who are amenorrheic or have markedly irregular menstrual cycles, making it difficult to use the application for at least two menstrual cycles during the study period.
3.Women who are currently receiving medical treatment for premenstrual syndrome (PMS) or premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
4.Women who are deemed by the principal investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the study due to their health condition or other reasons.
