初級者による内視鏡的胃粘膜下層剥離術において、術時間60分以内、病理学的完全切除、重篤な偶発症なし、交代なしで施行可能、のすべての条件を満たす病変の予測因子を検証する。

To investigate the predictors of lesions that meet all the conditions that ESD can be performed by a beginner, with a procedure time of 60 minutes or less, complete pathological resection, and no severe complications, and self-completed.

病変は、術者の ESD 経験に応じて、ESD 初心者 (EB) グループ (ESD 経験 < 50) と ESD 非初心者 (ENB) グループ (ESD 経験 50以上)の2 つのグループに分けられた。 難治性 ESD（手技時間が 60 分以上、不完全切除、術者変更、重篤な合併症の発生のいずれか 1 つ以上を有する）と病変の臨床病理学的所見との関係を分析した。

The lesions were divided into two groups according to ESD experience of operator as follows; the ESD beginner (EB) group (ESD experience < 50) and the ESD non-beginner (ENB) group (ESD experience > 50). Relationships between difficult ESD (having at least one of the following items; procedure time > 60 min, incomplete resection, change of operator, occurrence of severe complication) and clinicopathological findings of the lesion were analyzed.
