2)学生定期健康診断の結果でBMI<18.5kg/m2である。
3)研究参加について本人から文書で同意が得られている。

1) A female university student in the Matsue Campus of Shimane University.
2) BMI <18.5kg / m2 as a result of regular student health examination.
3) The person has given written consent to participate in the research.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)出血傾向の疾患がある、または易出血性の薬物を内服中の場合。
2)精神疾患を有する場合。
3)身体的疾患により主治医から運動を禁止されている場合。

1) If she has a bleeding-prone disorder or are taking a bleeding-prone drug.
2) If she has a mental illness.
3) When exercise is prohibited by the attending physician due to physical illness.
