評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	リハビリテーション病棟に入院1週間経過後から評価を実施した。 主要な評価は入院患者の活動量と体温測定であった。	Patients were evaluated one week after admission. Primary outcomes were the amount of activity and temperature of inpatient.

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	65 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	適用なし/Not applicable
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1. 日本にある回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入所している患者 2.年齢65歳以上 3.脳血管疾患もしくは運動器疾患と診断されていること 4.認知機能が低下していない者(Mini-Mental State Examination :カットオフ値23点より高い者．)	1.Patients were treated at the rehabilitation facility in Japan 2. Sixty-five years of age or more 3. Diagnosed to have stroke or motor diseases 4.No signs of cognitive decline, as determined by the Mini-Mental State Examination, which had a cut-off value of >23
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1.心身機能へのリスクがあり研究への参加に主治医の許可が得られない者 2.重度記憶障害や失語症がある者 3.閉塞性動脈硬化症と診断されているもの 4.金属アレルギーがあるもの	1.Patients not permitted to participate in the study by their doctors due to risks associated with assessing mental and physical function 2.With severe memory impairment or aphasia 3.Diagnosed with arteriosclerosis obliterans 4. have a metal allergy
