企業の組み入れ規準
1) Diversity & Inclusionの推進を積極的に検討している企業

チームの組み入れ規準
1) チームがリーダーも含め3名以上で構成されている
2) 日常的に同一の業務を担当しているチーム
3) チーム外への異動が予定されていない
4) チームの構成員の50%以上が、研究参加へ同意している

参加者の組み入れ規準
適格規準
1) 現在のチームに1か月以上勤めるリーダーもしくはその部下
2) 18歳以上
3) 文書による同意が得られている

1) Companies that are actively considering promoting Diversity & Inclusion

Team inclusion criteria
1) The team consists of 3 or more people including the leader
2) A team in charge of the same work on a daily basis
3) No transfer planned outside the team
4) More than 50% of team members agree to participate in the research

Participant inclusion criteria
Eligibility criteria
1) A leader or team members who have been on the current team for more than a month
2) 18 years old and over
3) Written consent has been obtained

2) 合併する精神疾患の症状が安定していない方
