| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 当院救命救急科に入院した患者ならびに当院の救命救急センター・ICUに入室した重症患者で、対象者本人あるいは代諾者から本研究に対して同意が得られているもの。 | Patients admitted to our emergency department or critically ill patients admitted to our emergency center or ICU, who have given consent for this study from the subject or his/her surrogate. | |||
| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | (1) 来院時心肺停止患者
(2) 本人・家族の意向で積極的な治療を診断時から希望しない患者 (3) 研究責任者が研究対象として不適当と判断した患者 |
(1) Patients with cardiopulmonary arrest at the time of admission
(2) Patients who do not wish to undergo aggressive treatment at the time of diagnosis at the request of the patient or his/her family (3) Patients who the principal investigator determines to be inappropriate as research subjects. |
