選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	１）小腸病変が疑われダブルバルーン小腸内視鏡を施行された者 ２）内視鏡で確認された上部消化管・大腸出血性血管性病変を有する者 ３）性別・年齢は問わない	1) Ppatients who undergo enteroscopy due to suspected small bowel diseases 2) Patients with gastrointestinal vascular disease who undergo endoscopy
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	説明の後、同意の得られなかった者	Patients who do not provide informed consent
