慢性裂肛に対するジルチアゼム軟膏の有効率は 71％（118/167）であった．有害事象のうち掻
痒が 18％（33/182）に認められたが，頭痛は 1 ％未満（ 1 /182）であった．

であった．裂肛の罹患部位は腹側 40 例（20％），背
側 149 例（73％），両側 14 例（ 7 ％）であった．肛
門手術の既往が 15 例（ 7 ％）にあり，内訳は痔核
13 例，裂肛と痔瘻が各 1 例であった
