本研究は、妊娠前の健康リスクの母集団ごとの介入方法を中心に、妊娠前のケア介入の構成要素と、妊娠前の女性への介入効果を明らかにし、妊娠前の女性の生活習慣改善支援のあり方を検討することを目的としたものである。

このスコーピングレビューでは、対象集団、結果の出る分野、介入の特徴、測定の種類などを論じた主要な試験を挙げ、さらに、各集団の行動変容のための戦略を、妊娠前の健康リスクによって分類して分析する。このレビューでは、女性に対する妊娠前のケアが妊娠前の健康リスクによってどのように異なるかを提示し、今後の研究への示唆を与えている。研究データ一式は、表とフローチャートの形で結果を示す。

This scoping review will detaile prominent topics that discuss the target population, areas of outcome(s), intervention characteristics, and types of measures. In addition, strategies for behavior change for each population was analyzed by categorizing them by their preconception health risks.
This review presents how preconception care for women differs according to their preconception health risk and provides suggestions for future research. The set of study data presented the results in the form of tables and flow charts.
