目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	高齢者のグループ会話による社会的交流の支援手法を開発することを目的とする。	The purpose of this study is to develop a support method for social activity through group conversations among older adults.

目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others	具体的には、本研究課題では、(1)介入を実施し、中長期の介入実施の効果や介入の実施可能性や社会的実装可能性を探索する、(2)介入手法の開発及び展開に向けて会話や認知機能データから要因分析等、解析を行い知見を蓄積する。	Specifically, (1)preliminary interventions to explore the effects of medium to long-term intervention and the feasibility of intervention for older adults, and (2)data analysis to accumulate knowledges for the development of intervention methods, by analyzing data including conversation and neuropsychological data.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	認知機能検査】 *対面で行う場合（社会情勢により対面か決定） ・Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) ・Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE) ・WMS-Rウエクスラー記憶検査, 論理的記憶Ⅰ,Ⅱ ・Advanced Trail Making Test(ATMT) ・Digit span ・Digit symbol ・言語流暢性課題 ＊非接触で行う場合 ・TICS-J ・言語流暢性課題 ・Digit span 【評価時期】 介入前後、介入中1年毎	*Cognitive test Face-to-face test (depending on the social situation) -Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) -Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE) -WMS-R Logical memory i,ii -Advanced Trail Making Test(ATMT) -Digit span -Digit symbol -Verbal fluency test Remote test -TICS-J -Verbal fluency test -Digit span *Evaluation Pre, post-intervention, and once a year during the intervention

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	-同意取得後、指定された期日に介入及び必要な検査が実施可能な者 -本研究参加にあたり、本人の同意が文書で得られる者	-Persons who can intervene and perform necessary tests on the specified date -Persons who can provide their consent.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	-深刻な疾病等により参加が困難な者 （入院患者等）	-Persons who have difficulty participating due to serious illness (eg., hospitalization)

個別症例データ共有計画/Plan to share IPD	論文発表後、論文中の結果に関わるデータを共有する方針をとる。	Individual participant data that underline the results in the article after deidentification, will be available after publication.
個別症例データ共有計画の詳細/IPD sharing Plan description	論文中の結果に関わる匿名化データ及びドキュメント（研究プロトコル）を共有する。 上記の共有は論文掲載後に開始し、無期限とする。 方法論的に健全な提案を提供する研究者が行う、既承認のプロポーサルに基づき研究目的を達成することを目的とした研究に対して本データの共有を行う。 データ利用希望者は、研究計画を研究責任者（大武美保子）まで直接メールで連絡する。 申請者はデータ受理の際、データ授受契約書にサインを行う。 第三者機関（理化学研究所データベース、国立国語研究所リポジトリ、NIIの情報学研究データリポジトリ等）での公表を現在検討中である。	Individual participant data and the document (study protocol) that underline the results in the article after deidentification, will be available. The data sharing will begin following article publication.No end date. The researchers who provide a methodologically sound proposal can access the data to achieve the aims in the approved proposal. Proposals should be directed to the email of the principal investigator (Mihoko Otake-Matsuura). To gain access, data requestors will need to sign a data access agreement. The data is being considered for availability at third-party registrations. (eg., database of RIKEN, National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics, and Informatics Research Data Repository).
