目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
腹部の緊急手術を要する高齢の方は増加傾向にありますが、緊急手術後に身体機能が低下してしまう方が一定数いらっしゃいます。本調査では、術前の全身状態から術後の身体機能低下を予測し得る項目を検討することで、手術を受けた後の生活の質の維持や、家族・社会の介護福祉に役立つことを目的としています。

The number of elderly people who require emergency abdominal surgery is increasing, but there are a certain number of people whose physical function deteriorates after emergency surgery. In this survey, by examining items that can predict postoperative deterioration of physical function from preoperative general condition, it is useful for maintaining quality of life after surgery and for family and social care and welfare.
