IDAS総合得点はT3時点のみ介入群(mean=97.98)が対照群(85.05）より有意に高かった(p=0.01)効果量(Cohen’sd)は0.50(FAS),0.48(PPS)。RUCも同様の結果でT3(36.77vs 32.02;p=0.00).FAS(d=0.56).UWESの結果はT3(25.22vs23.14;P =0.25).FAS(d=0.21）であった。IDAS,RUC, UWESを共分散分析で解析すると、全ての項目において介入群の平均値差分が高かった（ANCOVA p値＜0.00).理解度の結果は以下の通りである,T3：42vs24, P =0.001．Quede`s ANCOVA(p=0.000).

FAS(介入群69名、対照群83名）PPS(介入群44名、対照群60名)の解析結果を比較した。参加者の平均年齢は、介入群29.4歳、対照群28.6歳（Ｕ検定p値0.70）であった。参加者のその他の属性の中では、事業実装の経験の有無において対照群(n=34)が介入群(n=18)に比べて経験ありが有意に多い結果であったが、他の項目(経験年数、所属先、最終学歴など）では有意差は見られなかった。

Full analysis set (FAS) was 152 of participants( intervention; n=69, control;n=83). Per-protocol set(PPS) was 104 of those(intervention;n=44,control;n=60). Mean age was 29.4 years old in the intervention group and 28.6 years old in the control group (p=0.70 u-test). The experience of implementation project was that 18 of participants had the experience in the intervention group compared with 34 of those in control group (p=0.028 Fisher's exact test). Other categories of baseline characteristics, such as affiliation, years of experience as a public health nurse, academic history did not find significant differences between intervention and control groups.

203名の参加登録があり、うち6名が対象外のものであった（３名が同意記述なし、３名が常勤ではない）。１９７名が介入群９８名、対照群９９名に割り付けられた。割付後、介入群の１名が研究対象外であると判明し、また対照群の２名（１名は参加の断り、１名は複数回の参加登録）の状況も判明し、３名が削除された。最終的に介入４週後時点で介入群は３７名、対照群は３２名が理由不明で脱落した。

A total of the 203 PHNs applied for the study and six people were not eligible for participation following conditions; three did not fulfill the include criteria, like without writing consent: others met an exclusion criterion, working part-time. 197 participants were divided into the intervention group (n=98) and the control group(n=99). After allocation of the groups, a participation in the intervention was excluded due to ineligible for this trial and one in the control enrolled twice times, and the other in the control declined due to technical issues. At the four weeks after intervention, there were 37of the participants in the intervention and 32 of those in the control who left the study without response.
