切除不能肝細胞癌に対する全身薬物療法を開始する症例を対象に、血管新生関連因子、腫瘍免疫関連因子のバイオマーカーを経時的に解析する。また、バイオマーカーと患者背景、臨床病理学的所見、治療効果、有害事象などの関連について明らかにする。

This study is conducted to serially analyze some biomarkers of angiogenesis-related and tumor-immunity-related factors in patients treated with systemic therapy for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. It also aims to clarify the relationships of the biomarkers with the patient background, clinicopathological findings, treatment efficacy, and adverse events.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

血管新生関連因子、腫瘍免疫関連因子のバイオマーカーを経時的な解析を行い、そのバイオマーカーと患者背景、臨床病理学的所見、治療効果（全生存期間、無増悪生存期間、奏効割合等）、有害事象などの関連について明らかにする。

To analyze some biomarkers of angiogenesis-related and tumor-immunity-related factors serially and to clarify the relationship of the biomarker with patient background, clinicopathological findings, treatment response (overall survival, progression-free survival, objective response rate, etc.), and adverse events.
