慢性期施設および嚥下外来受診の嚥下障害者において、咳テスト時及びアーノルド神経指圧時での脳血流の変化を比較する。また、同様にトロミ水及び炭酸トロミ水での脳血流の変化を比較する。

Comparison of changes in cerebral blood flow during cough test and Arnold's nerve acupressure in dysphagia in chronic care facilities and outpatients with dysphagia. In the same way, we will compare changes in cerebral blood flow with thickened water and carbonated thickened water.

介入回数は1回のみで、①咳テスト、②アーノルド神経指圧の試行を2回ずつ連続で行う。①，②終了後、ウォッシュアウトのために3分間開ける。
