日本語
症例毎に膀胱線量体積、尿意自覚強度や残尿増加速度などが異なるため、同一症例でD法、定時待機法ならびに自己申告法の各試行すべて行い、割付けは行わない。1名の前立腺癌の強度変調放射線治療において35～40回の治療が必要であるところ、そのうち週5回の放射線治療日にD法（2回）、定時待機法（2回）ならびに自己申告法（1回）を各週で行う。

Since the bladder dose volume, urinary intention awareness intensity, residual urine increase rate, etc. differ for each case, all trials of the D method, the on-time standby method, and the self-report method are all performed and assigned in the same case. In the case of intensity-modulated radiation therapy for prostate cancer of one person, where 35 ~ 40 treatments are required, the D method (2 times), the regular waiting method (2 times), and the self-report method (1 time) are performed each week on the day of radiation therapy 5 times a week.
