本研究では、計画策定に必要な保健師の知識と技術を向上させることを目的として開発したWEBプログラムの効果を評価するため、全国の行政保健師を対象とした介入研究を行うことを目的とする。

主な結果/Results
日本語
登録者は273人、参加者は235人(介入群118人、対照群 117人)であった。「行政保健師の施策化能力評価尺度 (鈴木, 2014)」では、 介入群の方が対照群よりも有意に9項目(16項目中)で改善が認められた。また「計画策定に必要な知識・技術・態度」では、 介入群の方が対照群よりも有意に20項目(28項目中)の改善が認められた。

There were 273 enrollees and 235 participants (118 in the intervention and 117 in the control group). The intervention group showed significantly greater improvement in nine items than the control group on the "A scale of competencies of public health nurses in public health policy (Suzuki, 2014). Among the items of "Knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for local healthcare planning," the intervention group significantly improved on 20 items (out of 28) more than the control group.
